Our Regular-long pad made from an organic cotton velour top and an  organic cotton jersey back. Inside the pad are two layers of thick organic cotton fleece, which gives you medium absorbency for your average menstrual flow days, as well as a thin waterproof layer to protect you from leaks. The shape of the pad will hug your body, and the double poppers secure underneath and prevent any sideways slippage. Machine washable up to 60'
