This is a sanitary pad that will cope with all eventualities. It has been designed for the heaviest flow, which means women whose menstrual flow is exceptionally heavy, not just the heavier side of a normal flow. If you are one of those ladies who can hardly leave the house because your pads are not coping, then this is the pad for you. It should last you up to 3 hours. This pad is long, and wide at front and back, it has four inner layers of thick organic cotton fleece, two of which are removable. The Mega pad is also lined with waterproof PUL throughout, making it leak proof. The whole thing is backed with our organic cotton jersey and fastens with two poppers into your undies. The Mega pad is made open at the bottom so that you can insert extra boosters if needed, and also the flap makes washing and drying easier, as the removable inner layers come out during the wash. Machine washable up to 60'.

The Mega pad is ideal for extremely heavy flow - post partum bleeding, menopausal flooding, very very heavy periods, etc. It also makes a good incontinence pad for full gushes.
